2.1 Adequate time must be allocated for your journey, ensuring timely arrival, especially for airport transfers with specific check-in requirements. Horley Airport Taxi is not responsible for delays resulting from insufficient time allocation or unavailability at the scheduled pickup time.
2.2 It is your responsibility to request a car of suitable size for passengers and luggage. Horley Airport Taxi does not guarantee the transport of excessive luggage. Note that a child, regardless of age, counts as a single passenger.
2.3 Individuals requiring wheelchair access should specify this during the booking process.
3.1 Our quotation is based on information provided by you and excludes VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust the quote if there are significant changes to the itinerary.
3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the landing time and covers airport parking costs. Any waiting time beyond this period will be charged at the standard Horley Airport Taxi waiting rate. While we strive to accommodate delays, we are not obligated to do so.
3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. Please review it thoroughly, and any discrepancies not reported to Horley Airport Taxi will not be our responsibility.
3.4 Payments can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.
4.1 You are responsible for the behavior of all passengers during the journey. Charges may apply for soiling, damaging, or negatively impacting the vehicle.
4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited in the car.
4.3 All children must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.

5.1 To cancel a booking, contact Horley Airport Taxi as soon as possible. If a cancellation occurs after dispatch, charges will be based on the time and distance covered by the driver.

6.1 While we aim to ensure timely arrivals, Horley Airport Taxi is not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. We are not responsible for any losses incurred by you or your business.
6.2 Your luggage is carried at your own risk.
6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will attempt to provide an alternative car promptly.
6.4 You will not hold Horley Airport Taxi liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any actions of your party.
6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or any unenforceable matter under applicable laws.
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.
8.1 Horley Airport Taxi may subcontract obligations, and you cannot assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement.
8.2 Terms and conditions may be altered by Horley Airport Taxi, and changes will be reflected on this page. Review regularly for awareness of any changes. Existing bookings will be charged at the rates applicable at the time of booking.
8.3 Data processing complies with the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the complete understanding between Horley Airport Taxi and yourself.
8.5 No third party has enforceable rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.
Any dispute or claim must be submitted within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims or disputes made after this period will not be entertained by Horley Airport Taxi.
